Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Houston IAH - Beltway 8, an IHG Hotel

We disliked that we did not have the accommodation requested even though we had a confirmation. We were told we could cancel free of charge to look for another hotel. Luckily Jose was able to accommodate us but in the third floor and having to use stairs because the elevator was not working. Being handicapped person with bad legs and a bad back, I did not know if I would make it all the way up and informed this to Jose. I did tell Jose that I would call him if I needed his help and he was very generous in offering me the help I needed if need be. Thank you so very much Jose. Once I was in my room I stayed upstairs until I had to leave.

Really comfortable beds, opening hours of the pool. Lady on check-in desk was really kind. The boy in the morning not so much. Shutlle was also good, in price and in time. I mean, that I come back again here.

I like the overall price and the breakfast was really really good! There was a guy named Jose who worked the overnight shift at the front desk and he was helpful and friendly, definitely made our time there a smooth one.

Comfortable room. We had a short stay but everything was pleasant. We arrived in on a late flight and shuttle arrived in a timely manner, we liked that the shuttle was 24hrs. We utilized the airport shuttle twice and it was easy and so convenient! Convenient having a complimentary breakfast.

Close proximity to the airport with a shuttle service that was good.
